Patriots 31, Eagles 28 November 25, 2007

Well, that was a little too close for comfort.

If not for a couple of key turnovers, the Pats would have blown that game, against a surprisingly adept Philly defense. New England made some dumb penalty mistakes and didn’t seem to have all the engines firing as usual. AJ Feely was moving the ball pretty well for most of that game, and should have been shut down a lot earlier than a game-saving 4th quarter end zone interception. Whew!

On the plus side, maybe this little kick in the ass will keep them from getting complacent. We shall see.
