Patriots 52, Redskins 7 October 28, 2007

Posted by Jim Berkin in Football.

Before this game, the Redskins had one of the best-rated defenses in the NFL, allowing less than 14 points a game.

Today, their defense gave up a touchdown to backup QB Matt Cassell. Enough said.

Next week, the game of the year, a preview of the AFC championship which will be a better game than the Superbowl, a clash between the 2 undefeated teams, with the 2 best quarterbacks in the game, etc etc etc.

I’m glad the Pats are heading into it with the kinds of numbers they’re putting up, but I still wish that game was in Foxboro and not that damn dome. This may require EXTRA beer next week. L’chaim!
